Clean, modern rooms with a fantastic hot shower! The staff was super helpful and even assisted when my card got stuck in an ATM. Great location that's close enough to everything but still quiet at night. I extended my stay because I loved it!

My stay was nothing short of amazing! The executive suite was spacious and the bed super comfortable I also enjoyed the fine view of the city from the rooftop dining area, where the evening ambiance was perfect!

I stayed in a single room that was super clean and had great hot water pressure in the shower. The bed was comfortable, making for nice nights. Plus, I loved the quiet vibe, which helped me recharge. Only downside was that I could hear some noise from outside now and then, but it wasn't too bad. Overall, pretty solid for a solo traveler!

During my stay, I encountered significant issues. The breakfast options were limited and lacked flavor. it barely made it through a single morning. Moreover, the staff forgot to clean my room one day, leaving me in a messy situation. To top it off, the walls were alarmingly thin, and I was plagued by noise throughout the night, which completely ruined my sleep. Just when I thought things couldn't get worse, I discovered that I was charged surprisingly high for bottled water without any prior warning.

I stayed at Madero Hotel & Suites for 4 nights during my business trip and found it to be a very well-situated hotel, close to the main street. The rooms were clean and modern, featuring great hot water pressure in the shower. I particularly appreciated the helpful reception staff who assisted me in organizing my trip to Copacabana and the Death Road at a reasonable price.

However, the noise from the surrounding roads disrupted the otherwise peaceful environment, and the lack of variety in breakfast options left room for improvement. Additionally, the laundry service was convenient but slightly pricey.

Room was super spacious and clean. I loved chillin’ on the balcony. Breakfast was a bit of a free-for-all, though. The staff were nice but the locks on the doors were kinda annoying at times. Still, the bar/lounge area was a nice touch for evenings!
